Welcome to Tea of Moments, where every cup tells a story of tradition, passion, and craftsmanship. Rooted in Yingde, Guangdong, China, our family has been dedicated to the art of tea-making for over 50 years. As a third-generation tea business, we are proud to preserve our heritage while embracing innovation to present the finest Chinese teas to the world.

Our Story: Three Generations of Tea Craftsmanship

Our journey began in 1968 when the founder’s grandfather entered the tea industry. Starting as an apprentice, he honed his skills to become a respected tea master, specializing in tea production, blending, and quality assurance. His dedication to perfection laid the foundation for our family’s legacy.

The second generation carried this passion forward, expanding our tea business and opening the family’s first tea store. Known for his refined palate and deep understanding of tea theory, the founder’s father became a sought-after consultant for tea estates, helping refine their production processes to achieve unparalleled flavor, aroma, and appearance.

Now, as the third generation, we continue to honor our family’s legacy while exploring new horizons. Our flagship product, Yinghong No. 9, represents the pinnacle of Chinese red tea and embodies our commitment to quality, tradition, and innovation.

Our Vision: Setting a New Standard for Tea Excellence

  • Deliver Outstanding Quality: From sourcing premium tea leaves to partnering with the finest tea artisans, we ensure every detail reflects our dedication to excellence.

Our Process: The Art of Tea-Making

Red Tea Craftsmanship

Steps: Withering → Rolling → Fermenting → Drying

  • Controlled Fermentation: Carefully monitored to bring out the tea’s full-bodied flavor and signature floral aroma.
  • Fruitwood Drying: Enhances the tea’s natural fragrance and creates a smoother, richer taste.
  • Dual-Stage Drying:
    • The first stage involves high-temperature drying (115–130°C) to lock in aroma and flavor.
    • After cooling, the tea undergoes a second, slower drying process (100–110°C) to ensure an even finish, preventing “inner wetness” and enhancing the final aroma.
