Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
At Tea of Moments, for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Once your order has been shipped and received, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or not as described. Please inspect your items upon receiving them to confirm they are in good condition. If you encounter any issues, please follow the instructions below to request a return or refund.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at teaofmoments@gmail.com.
To expedite the process, please provide the following:
- A description of the problem with photos or videos.
- Our team will review the issue and provide a solution.
- If required, return the item with a tracking number to our warehouse. We will process your refund or replacement within 3 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
Incorrect Item
If you receive an item that is completely different from what you ordered, and we confirm it was our mistake, we will either send you the correct product or issue a full refund if you don’t want the replacement.
Please contact us with the following:
- Photos or videos of the incorrect item.
- We will review your case and provide a solution.
If you prefer to keep the incorrect item, we may offer you a discount. If you don’t want to keep it, return the item, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and return instructions.
Address Correction
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, you will be liable for any address correction fees or the non-receipt of merchandise.
Backorders
While we do our best to keep all items in stock, some items may experience delays due to supplier issues or high demand. In such cases, we will ship available items immediately and send backordered items as soon as possible without additional shipping charges. Please note that we do not back-order items for international customers.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days upon receiving the returned item. PayPal payments will be refunded within 1 hour.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective or incorrect, Tea of Moments will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at teaofmoments@gmail.com before returning the item.
Order Cancellations
We allow cancellations within 30 minutes after your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email immediately. While we may not process your cancellation right away, we will honor requests made within 30 minutes, and the payment will be refunded within 1 business day.
